Payment~
Payment is to be made at the time of purchase. Currently I am only accepting PayPal as payment.
Custom order are welcome with full payment being required prior to work beginning.
Shipping~
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days. Orders are shipped to your PayPal address so please confirm that address as being current. All order are shipped USPS First Class, unless otherwise noted. Any product shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will require an additional charge per UPS.
Prefer to have your order shipped directly to a new mommy? No problem! I'll be happy to include a personalized card at no extra cost! Please convo or email me with what you would like the card to say!
*If you request insurance on your order, please make a note to seller and wait for an adjusted invoice before making payment.
Refunds and Exchanges~
It is important to me that you are completely satisfied with your order. I offer full refunds within 15 days of the order date on any item that does not meet your expectations. The buyer will be responsible for all original and return shipping costs. I will issue a refund to your PayPal account as soon as I have received the returned item.
